Why is my AC not cooling properly?
Weak cooling, longer run times or ice forming on the indoor coil are common signs of low refrigerant, which needs a gas refill. A dirty coil or filter that restricts airflow can also reduce cooling, and deep cleaning often helps in that case. Deep cleaning is 150 SAR per unit for a split or window AC.
Why is my AC leaking water?
For a split AC, drain pipe cleaning (100 SAR) is the listed fix for water leakage. For a ceiling cassette AC, a blocked or failed condensate drain pump is the most common cause; drain pump service is 150–300 SAR.
How much does AC installation cost?
Split AC installation starts at 200 SAR fitting charges plus 115 SAR per meter of piping (piping is charged separately). Window AC installation is 300 SAR, including frame fitting. Cassette AC installation is 400–800 SAR, including ceiling fitting. Central AC installation is project-specific and quoted after a site visit.
What if my AC is not turning on at all?
This is often a PCB board or capacitor fault. Capacitor replacement is 120 SAR for a split AC and 100 SAR for a window AC; PCB board repair is 500 SAR for a split AC and 350 SAR for a window AC. The technician diagnoses the fault first, and you approve the exact price before any part is replaced.
